What kind of shoes should I buy to go to clubs in Europe?

Posted on January 25th, 2010 by admin in clubs | 2 Comments »

I do a lot of traveling, and I’d like to find a nice pair of shoes to buy to wear to clubs in Europe and maybe South America. A lot of clubs have no tennis shoes/sneakers policies.
One thing I really lack in my wardrobe are shoes.
What are some nice shoes that go good with a pair of jeans?

I’ll be in Europe, and they are a little more stylish than the USA. Something timeless and classic would be nice.
Thanks in advance!

Get some flats, but make sure they are FUNKY with lots of color, it’s all the rage , trust me.

Do you take a purse clubbing if you’re going to dance all night?

Posted on January 23rd, 2010 by admin in clubbing | 3 Comments »

What do you do if you’re going clubbing and planning on dancing all night?

And what to wear? I don’t want to wear jeans cause I don’t want to get hot. Maybe a casual dress?

Don’t bring a purse! it will just be a pain to carry while you dance or cost you extra money to put it in coat check. I would wear jeans just because of the pockets, that way you can put your ID and money etc in your pockets and not worry about a purse. =]

How hard is it to get a stripping job at a gay club?

Posted on January 23rd, 2010 by admin in gay club | 1 Comment »

I’m a very unconventional person: I don’t want to go to college, and I need a job that will really help me out with money and I will enjoy, so stripping seems to be the answer. How hard is it to get a stripping job? I’m a gay, 17-year-old guy, btw. Are there auditions and/or a lot of people competing for the job? Or do they just hire as many people as they want? I’m just a bit lost!

Well first you have to understand that you’re still a minor. You won’t be able to get a job in a strip club unless you provide fake documentation or wait until you’re the correct age (usually 18). That aside….

It’s not hard to get a job stripping. You may think that you need to fall into a certain set of looks to qualify but you don’t. Depending on the area of the club and the demand that the club’s patrons have… they may be looking for something in particular or just collecting a variety of talents and looks. In general, try to be in decent shape, take care of basic grooming and hygiene and just have a good attitude. Remember, you’re there to sell the illusion that you’re available and interested in your custys… do everything in your power to make yourself desirable!

Check out the clubs in the area you want to dance. (If you want to remain anonymous I suggest about a hour away) Visit them and make sure they’re clean, drug free and that there is plenty of staff to protect the dancers. Once you’ve found a place you’re interested in working at, give them a call and ask if they do on the spot hiring or they require a amateur night. Some want you to walk in the first few hours they’re open, do a impromptu dance set and they make a decision based on that. Others want you to sign up for amateur nights, but you don’t necessarily have to win to be offered a job. If you’re going to try a set or do a contest, make sure that you are prepared. Take a few changes of clothes, hygiene needs, several forms of identification, aspirin, water bottle, nail clippers and razor. (the packing list is much simpler for men rather then women… unless you’re doing drag of course…lmao)

GOOD LUCK!

Where would be the best place to open a Latin dance club in the United States??

Posted on January 23rd, 2010 by admin in club dance | 6 Comments »

I want to own/operate a Latin Dance club somewhere but Im not sure where I should start. Thanks for any info you can give me!

I would say anywhere there is a big latino population. But that isn’t always true. Many non-latinos love latin music. It is getting very popular in the big cities such as LA, NYC, Phila, etc. Why not open one in the same area of where you currently live. It is always nice when people hear that a local opens a business and you can help out the community. Offer free latin dance lessons to bring people in. good luck.

When or why will a person be asked to leave a nightclub in australia?

Posted on January 23rd, 2010 by admin in nightclub | 5 Comments »

My friend was asked to leave the nightclub at a bar here in australia. I wonder what could have triggered that. Could it be because he asked the contact number from the female bartender who was working at that time?

There is NO situation either male or female staff go to work to be ""hit on "" by patrons to thier work.
They are thee to offer and give a service and nothing more.
Just because it serves alcohol, does not make a business a staff meat market.
Aussie female staff in licensed premises have 1 thing a patron does not.
100% back up from that huge bloke at the door.

How old do you have to be to get in to nightclubs in spain?

Posted on January 23rd, 2010 by admin in nightclubs | 3 Comments »

Going on holidays soon to majorca just wondering how old you have to be to get into nightclubs i hear its 16 in some and 18 in others not sure though so can anyone give me a defanite answer :) x

Night clubs usually have a minimum age of 18, some 21 and others 23+.
In some tourist resorts these ‘rules’ are frequently broken and 16 and 17 year olds do get in.

@ Dart
There is a difference in the laws in many European countries (including those who are not members of the EU) for drinking alcohol and purchasing alcohol and for drinking alcohol in a licensed premises.
Also in Austria, the law varies according to which region you are in and the alcohol % content!

It’s a common misconception.
In France, The Netherlands and Germany you can drink at 16.
In The Netherlands you can purchase > 15% at 16 years (beer wine etc.). In Portugal and Denmark there is no age limit to drink, only to purchase and drink in a licensed premises. Different countries…different rules

What is the best way to remove rust from golf clubs WITHOUT removing the paint as well?

Posted on January 23rd, 2010 by admin in clubs | 2 Comments »

These are for Ping Eye 2 golf clubs that have rusted but I don’t want to take away the paint on the clubs, just the rust. I read that vinegar would work but would take away the paint. Does anybody have any better suggestions? Thanks in advance!

WD 40 works pretty well
