I’m looking for a job desperately for the past month and no response yet so please if you do know of a nite club or anywhere else hiring part-time in the evenings or nite (of course)? Please let me know.
I’ve applied in every type of job you could think of trust me.

can you get into a club with your temp license and your expired ID ? my 21st b-day is tmrw and i have to wait 10 days for my camera card to come so i can get my new license. but can i still get into the clubs with the temp and my current license?

If i had an English nite and said only English can attend i would be accused of xenophobia and being anti-everyone else. Why does this country bend over backwards to accomodate EVERYONE else whilst we forget and will surely lose our national identity

No this is illegal, its against the Discrimination Act. If you are wanting to do something about it report it to your local council who provide licences for the venue. If a venue they licence is acting illegally they are required to review its licence.

How much money do you think its takes to start a niteclub. I have ran one for 7 years, but I was also a full-time student so I didnt get a chance to really see the accounting aspect. But I practically do everything where Im currently employed but I do not think I receive proper pay. Now that I have graduated in marketing I really would like to open up my own spot. Any advice. Serious suggestions only, I dont need any opinions from people who have no idea about the club business. !!

You have to figure that out yourself. What would it take to get a building, remodel into what you wanted, buy equipment, stock the food and beverages, put in sound system, accounting system. Then you would need to hire and train your staff set up your accounting software and any other software and computer systems to track sales.
I would think you could do something for 2-3 hundred thousand if you start small but maybe over a million for something nice.
