with or without a liquor license? – could be anywhere from $50,000 to 5 million – I doubt you’ll be able to get any financing for such an enterprise at your age – learn how to write a business plan and take some business courses or you’ll be bankrupt pretty quick because you won’t know what you’re doing and if you don’t know what you’re doing – no one is going to give you financing – find a place and work there for a few years

suggest u work in a club b4 trying to open one.
a nice club can cost from 500K $ to 2.5million $.
visit library to get real answers about opening a business.
not most (upto 90 %) of clubs FAIL in less than five years leaving many bankrupt.
