I Am planing on opening a dance club in Aurora Illinois. I have Planned on selling alcoholic beverages and charging at the door for entrance. is Their Some laws that i need to follow

About a zillion. You need to hire a lawyer to assist you with zoning, insurance, permits, business plans (required for liquor licenses), vendor contracts, accounting, liquor laws and state and local law enforcement inspections, banking, IRS, federal excise and state liquor and employment taxes, hearings for your business and liquor license, etc.
Generally, you cannot employ certain classes of people, minors, felons, etc where you serve alcohol.
