If you have lots of money, you can even hire a car/van or whatever kind of transpo you'd like for a specific period of time. You can rent it with or without a regular driver but of course the rate varies on that. Just be careful with taxis as some drivers woudl offer the "pakyaw" system which is really illegal but of course if it is in the wee hours, you give some tip to the driver like around P50 would do but not the "pakyaw" way. Clubbing? It's still good, if you're talking about ladies in the club stripping (Haha!) They are everywhere especially along Mango Avenue, but if you're talking about pubs/disco houses/restobars, they;re somewhere located somewhere uptown, most famous as of now is the Paseo in Mabolo, Cebu.
