My friends and I want a list of events and clubs that would be open for 18+ clubs and events that would be open in Chicago for Halloween 2009. Cost friendly is a plus!

Check out the site below, there is a listing of all parties/clubs that are being hosted on Halloween. There are no clubs downtown that are 18+, they are all 21+ but you might be able to find an event on the listing not at a club, for instance Navy Pier.
