The first thing to do is make eye contact. If the other person is interested in you, they’ll meet your gaze and smile and this will continue more than a few times.
At that point, you can either walk up to the person or they’ll walk up to you and say, "Hi, I’m so-and-so and you have a nice smile" or "hi, I’m so-and-so what’s your name?"
Something like that…That will get the ball rolling and then you can go from there and say stuff like: this is your first time at a gay club and how much fun it is. And you can ask the other person if they go that club often and where else they go….
Just make sure you smile and keep eye contact and, needless to say, listen to them. And I’m sure you’ll be fine, Sweetie. Have fun and make sure you go with a group of friends and don’t leave your drink unattended. And if you decided to hook-up with someone make sure your friends know who this person is and that you’re leaving with them.
