Hey I will be going to a gay club in a few nights with my friends and want to know what to where,i am gay and so are my friends.
T shirts are more than common in gay clubs! Especially slightly tight ones, if you have the body for it. Most importantly, it needs to suit YOU. If you feel comfortable in your clothes, you will have more fun, and it will show that you are comfortable being there, and being gay 
Depending on which club etc, they may be funny about trainers or hats, maybe ask someone who has been already.

I went to the gay club this past Sunday and this is the setup of a majority of people that were there:
1) T-shirt, Jeans
2) Button-up, Jeans
There is no reason to glam up… you will be overdressing.

It depends how hot it’s going to be but if it’s fairly cool, try this:
A bright v-neck jumper (solid red/blue, maybe) over a white shirt.
Dark blue slim/skinny jeans.
White plimsolls or smart brown leather shoes, depending on the clubs policy.
You could replace the jumper + shirt for a cardigan and a plain white t-shirt. A grey cardigan would look pretty good or you could use a bright one as with the jumper.

You should wear what feels good to you. Try avoiding T shirts. Wear button up shirts and nice pants. Show some respect.
