What is a good gay club or bar venue in Dallas for an 18 year old college student completely new to the scene?

I would appreciate a young crowd but I am NOT a fan of any place filled with feminine men or drag queens. I just want to meet people around my age who are straight acting maybe try some dancing….

In Dallas, the big gay hub is Oak Lawn. Still, your best bet is to find a gay friend to show you the ropes. If there is an *interesting* gay student organization on campus, look into it.
