Well, I don’t recommend this approach, but it probably involves showing as much of your skin as is legal and appearing as slutty as possible. At least that’s how it worked when I was a kid.

You catch their eye, maybe smile or walk past with just the right amount of wiggle!!! Usually this is enough for them to come across but try not to be in a huge pack of shrieking, giggly girls if they break away because i think this tends to scare men. Or you can be a bit more brazen, march up (don’t literally MARCH – wiggle up!!!) to a guy you like the look of and either offer to buy him a drink or say "If you fancy buying me a drink, I wouldn’t say no"… etc – but again the big group of guys around HIM (the leery/beery/"ooh, get in there mate" blokes) might be as off-putting to you as your mates are to him!!
