My best friend and I have been tossing back and forth the idea of opening a night club in Orlando. We are now trying to determine the basic costs of starting one up from scratch. I haven’t been able to find a complete list of licenses and permits we need. Does anyone know the best way to go about this??
You need a liquor license among other things. I would ask the liquor board what other permits you need. You have to check with the fire department re occupancy requirements for the building. One thing some of the clubs in Tampa do is have a college night on Thursday nights as the students do not have classes on Fridays and it is an off night for adults.
