they should make a law that can be implemented la2ano there is allot of cops all over the street every car that will make noise to be fined a 50$ or 100$ fine or any cars that has loud music and people who are screaming also to be fined
i think that is a perfect solution beside of sound proofing all the bars and closing the illegal one that we will all live peacefully
