Velfarre is the best club in Roppongi! It has a big dance floor and lots of awesome lighting, they have a yucky website http://velfarre.avex.co.jp but wikipedia hasn "ok" description. Another club is Club 99 (Gaspanic) which is also in Roppongi http://www.gaspanic.co.jp/. Ugh! I’m so jealous, I miss Japanese clubs! Definitely check out Velfarre though…

simoly: Ageha..This is by far the best of the best..it is located in bit in the boonies..but the got shuttle bus to get you there and back…there is doesnt matter how loud the music is

Lots of gays hang out there, but then again ..where there are gays , there is good music, something hip…

Been there once, but will go back there in a heartbeat

I think you should just roam around Shibuya or Roppongi. You'll find some cool places in those areas.

There are clubs and events listed on asoboo.com and on the web version of the free weekly magazine Metropolis, but it really depends on what type of music you are into. Womb, Yellow, and Air are some of the most popular clubs in and around Tokyo.

Most Japanese club kids seem to be into either Trance or Hip-Hop these days, it seems.
