Most banks tell me to "find a friend or family member" with money and that they will provide loans once we’ve owned the place for several years. It sounds like you have a history of not repaying money. They are basically saying that if your relatives won’t trust you they won’t either.
It sounds like you need to sell some of your other assets in order to acquire this one.
